Weihai Pavilion

Make Architects has announced the completion of its first building in Mainland China: a large seaside pavilion in Weihai. The Weihai Pavilion is an exhibition space for a major new residential development situated on a new island of reclaimed land in Weihai, on the northern coast of the Shandong Peninsula.
The 6000 square feet structure is the first building to be completed on the island, and is designed to make the most of the popular seafront location. The pavilion provides a reception area and information hub for potential customers of the new development, and will also serve as an event space in the future.
